Bacon egg tart 베이컨 에그 타르트

I usually get useful and lots of life tips from  who neighbor blogger and this is the one of them. I think it's pretty good idea to copy it. 



It was big hit...

My hubby and boy said they really like this food and gave me a kiss .

I'll send it to the food network if I have a chance...

but I have no idea what to call this food, just Australian breakfast?...,

Anyway, A taste, a look,  a feeling everything was very satisfied.


My hubby evaluated this food, 

"Honey,  this is elegante, luxury and delicate like you like to prepare."

Fillo bread is like pastry.

Like Croissant which you can buy at 'Paris Croissant'

exactly like that.

Crispy and buttery...really delicious.

I won't let you down.  Just try to copy this recipe.


I tried to do follow the oliginal recipe which my neighbor mentioned, 

because my husband dosen't like any tricks...^_^


Ingredients for 3 people

6 pieces of Fillo dough, (reference picture, you probably can buy it Costco at DangSanDong), 8 strips of Bacon,

6 eggs,  a litte bit of Peta cheese for the saltiness and flavor, green anion.


Kitchen appliances : Muffin sheet, spray oil(butter taste would be better

but I used Canola oil spray because of Cholesterol....),

   The above is muffin sheet I used.                   This is the canola oil spreay.

                                                                   Really convinient for Fillo dough.


  

These are Fillo dough.

The dough feels thinner than paper.  I really don't know how they made it.

Many of famous chefs in US are using this dough for making delicate, elegant desserts.  If fact, these are pretty much dough in one box.

If you have one box, you can use Phoebe's recipe,

and mediterranean desserts, Fillo pizza, etc...

Fillo dough pizza is amazing taste.


  Dough is very delicate to handle.  You better prepare each of 6 Fillo.....


 

Spray oil each layer of fillo.

US chefs usually use a brush to spread butter on fillo.

I don't have that much skill...

Divide 6 pieces of 6 layers dough.. 


 

Carefully put those dough down on the sheet like the above picture.

And, bake on 175°C till brown like right side picture. 


  

make circle the bacon prepared and put it on top of baked Fillo bread...


 

Let the lady(egg) seat in bacon.....

add a little bit of green onion and Feta cheese...(saltiness of feta) 



  

Baked 23min on 175°c. (My family doesn't like raw egg york.)

Meanwhile, prepare some side dish like fruit....



 

How do these look?  Like flower....

If I have good photo skill, would be a lot better....

You can't see feta becuase melt....


  Look really fantastic... However, I'm not a good photographer..

I totally forgot to take picture of side..


The above was the breakfast of today...

Fillo bread eggs and some fruit and orange juice....and Yogurt.

Don't you think it's good?

I could make my husband happy today.. ^_^.
